We do not claim ownership of user inputs or outputs.

Our Services, including AI-generated outputs, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice (including but not limited to legal, medical, or financial advice).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, European Union.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Slovenia.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes.

We may impose fair use limits on API calls, daily usage, or bandwidth to ensure service quality.
Users may not use the Services to create or distribute:
Illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content
Medical, legal, or financial advice intended as professional guidance
Content that violates intellectual property rights of others
